The Wexiödisk WD-59 and 66CT are tray and cutlery dishwashers for automatic systems, with excellent washing and drying results.
The patented loading system, together with the fact that the trays and cutlery are washed in an upright position, gives the machines a large capacity and ensures that the washing and drying functions are highly efficient.
The clean trays can either be stacked directly in a trolley or, if a larger capacity is needed, an external tray exchanger can be used to fill two trolleys one after another.
The cutlery is collected in a box or on a conveyor connected directly to an ACS automatic cutlery sorter.
The machines offer a good working environment. They have sound and thermal insulation and large well-balanced doors which makes them easy to open and close. The inside of the machines is easy to clean.
They have low water and energy consumption. They have a double heat recovery system with a condenser unit and a heat exchanger. The system can recover a total of around 30 kW.
The machines can also be used to wash other items, including pot washing, if required.
The HACCP function in the electronic control system monitors the washing process.
A text display panel makes the machine easy to use.
It is user friendly and has a long service life.
The Wexiödisk WD-59 and 66CT tray and cutlery dishwashers are very easy to service. All the components are easily accessible and all servicing work is carried out from the front of the machine.
The clean cutlery is transported to the ACS automatic cutlery sorter by a conveyor belt.
The clean trays goes to an external tray exchanger with two sections, filling two dispensers, one after the other.
